This project was executed on the premises of the institute of Aerospace Medicine, HAL Airport Road, Bangalore. The Site covers an area of 1,200 sq.mt. It accommodates the Human Centrifuge and the administrative block.
The Human Centrifuge is used to expose pilots to the forces that they would experience in the cockpit. The machine at the IAM (Institute of aerospace Medicine) in Bangalore can produce a force of 5G. it is only the 6th of its kind on the world. The technology for the machine is provided by AMST, an Austrian company, which specializes in defense training equipment. The building and all facilities were constructed as part of the project managed by VDB.
